1. 수집하는 정보
서비스는 회원가입을 받지 않으며 이름, 이메일, 전화번호를 수집하지 않습니다. 이용자가 지갑을 연결해 링크를 만들 때 다음 정보가 저장됩니다.
- 지갑 주소와 발급된 링크 정보(생성일, 만료일, 선물 리스트)
- 블록체인에 기록되는 거래 정보(공개 정보이며 서비스가 삭제할 수 없습니다)
- 서비스 운영·보안을 위한 접속 기록(IP 주소, 브라우저 정보)
2. 이용 목적
선물 리스트 구성과 링크 발급, 만료 관리, 부정 이용 방지, 서비스 안정성 확보에 사용합니다.
3. 보관 기간
링크 정보는 만료 후 합리적인 기간 동안 보관한 뒤 삭제하며, 접속 기록은 관련 법령에서 정한 기간 동안 보관합니다.
4. 제3자 제공 및 외부 서비스
수집한 정보를 제3자에게 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 지갑 연결과 결제는 이용자의 지갑 프로그램과 블록체인 네트워크(Polygon)를 통해 처리되며, 일부 화면 구성에 외부 CDN(폰트, 라이브러리)이 사용됩니다.
5. 브라우저 저장소
선택한 언어를 기억하기 위해 브라우저의 로컬 저장소(site_lang)를 사용합니다.
6. 이용자의 권리
서비스 서버에 저장된 정보의 열람·삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 블록체인에 기록된 정보는 기술적으로 삭제할 수 없습니다.

1. Information we collect
The Service has no sign-up and does not collect names, e-mail addresses or phone numbers. When you connect a wallet and create a link, we store:
- Your wallet address and link data (creation date, expiry date, gift list)
- Transaction data recorded on the blockchain (public; we cannot delete it)
- Access logs for operation and security (IP address, browser information)
2. How we use it
To build the gift list, issue links, manage expiry, prevent abuse and keep the Service stable.
3. Retention
Link data is kept for a reasonable period after expiry and then deleted. Access logs are kept for the period required by law.
4. Third parties and external services
We do not sell or provide your information to third parties. Wallet connection and payments are handled by your wallet app and the Polygon network, and some page assets (fonts, libraries) are loaded from external CDNs.
5. Browser storage
We use your browser's local storage (site_lang) to remember your language choice.
6. Your rights
You may request access to or deletion of data stored on our servers. Data recorded on the blockchain cannot technically be deleted.
