이용약관

1. 서비스 소개
EthGift(이하 "서비스")는 이용자가 자신의 지갑에서 스마트 컨트랙트를 통해 다른 이용자 5명에게 직접 선물을 보내고, 고유 링크를 발급받아 공유하는 자발적 P2P 후원 네트워크입니다.
2. 이용 조건
- 이용자는 본인 명의의 지갑을 직접 관리하며, 지갑 연결과 서명은 이용자 본인의 판단으로 진행합니다.
- Polygon 네트워크에서 동작하며, 거래에는 네트워크 수수료(Gas Fee)가 발생할 수 있습니다.
- 발급된 링크는 생성일로부터 100일간 유효하며, 이후에는 참여할 수 없습니다.
- 거주 국가의 법령상 암호화폐 이용이 제한되는 경우 서비스를 이용할 수 없습니다.
3. 송금과 수수료
모든 송금은 스마트 컨트랙트를 통해 선물 리스트의 지갑으로 직접 전달되며, 서비스는 별도의 플랫폼 수수료를 받지 않습니다. 블록체인에 기록된 거래는 취소하거나 되돌릴 수 없습니다.
4. 위험 고지
- 서비스는 투자 상품이 아니며 어떠한 수익도 보장하지 않습니다.
- 링크를 통한 참여가 없으면 받는 금액도 없으며, 낸 금액을 돌려받는다는 보장은 없습니다.
- 암호화폐 가격 변동, 네트워크 장애, 스마트 컨트랙트의 오류 가능성 등 위험은 이용자가 부담합니다.
5. 금지 행위
타인의 지갑·링크를 도용하거나, 허위 정보로 참여를 유도하거나, 서비스 운영을 방해하는 행위를 금지합니다.
6. 책임의 제한
서비스는 현재 상태 그대로 제공되며, 이용자의 지갑 관리 부주의, 잘못된 주소 입력, 제3자의 행위 등으로 발생한 손실에 대해 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 책임지지 않습니다.
7. 약관의 변경
약관이 변경될 경우 이 페이지에 공지하며, 변경 이후 서비스를 계속 이용하면 변경에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

1. About the service
EthGift (the "Service") is a voluntary peer-to-peer support network. Users send gifts directly from their own wallet to 5 other users through a smart contract, and receive a unique link to share.
2. Conditions of use
- You manage your own wallet. Connecting it and signing transactions are your own decisions.
- The Service runs on the Polygon network; network gas fees may apply.
- Each link is valid for 100 days from creation and cannot be joined afterwards.
- You may not use the Service where cryptocurrency use is restricted by the laws of your country.
3. Transfers and fees
All transfers go directly to the wallets on the gift list through the smart contract. The Service charges no platform fee. Transactions recorded on the blockchain cannot be cancelled or reversed.
4. Risk disclosure
- The Service is not an investment product and guarantees no returns.
- If nobody joins through your link, you receive nothing, and there is no guarantee that you will get back what you paid.
- You bear the risks of price volatility, network outages and possible smart contract errors.
5. Prohibited conduct
Do not impersonate other people's wallets or links, induce participation with false information, or interfere with the operation of the Service.
6. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by careless wallet management, wrong addresses, or the actions of third parties.
7. Changes
Changes to these terms will be posted on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
